In September 2011, Biggest Loser contestant, Amanda Arlauskas announced that she was opting for cosmetic surgery. She lost a total of 87 lbs and was looking for something to help re-shape her body. In an interview with Phillyburbs.com, she explains her choice, “I’ll always be bottom-heavy, and I know that, but I just want to find something, and hopefully plastic surgery is it, because I hate my legs so much.
